Over the last few weeks I have been selling RIOT puts (cash secured puts) on RIOT blockchain stock. RIOT bitcoin mining company based in the US.
Due to RIOT blockchain stock predictions I have accumulated 400 shares with a cost basis of $34.75. RIOT stock forecast was looking bullish so I was expecting a strong move up.
This is the first part of the wheel strategy options (selling puts). Now that I am assigned I now do the second part which is the covered call option strategy. This is where I a sell a cover call on RIOT at or above my cost basis ($34.75).
