Hey Guys!! Today I'm showing you how to create your own Boutique Ruffled Bottom Pants. These make the perfect pants for special holidays. Materials for this project:
-Two different colored fabrics
-Pins and/or Clips
-Scissors, Sewing Machine, and I also use a Serger ( optional)
-3/4" Elastic
