This is the footage from one of the cameras at University Place Apartments. Realtime with sound (only "motion" events were recorded by the camera, so only a little over 6 minutes was recorded of this 15 minute block of time)
Winds were gusting to near 40MPH according to the weather station (mounted right behind and above this camera)
