Auto the Hydra! Easy 1 Key on Hard! Raid Shadow Legends! | Zak Gacha Back!
1 Key Hard Hydra Boss on Auto! (Almost 30 Million Damage) on Rotation #2! We direct the attacks by targeting which head we want to attack a few times, but we leave it on auto the whole time! This Raid Shadow Legends Hydra Clan Boss Guide goes over the Champions, Skills, Masteries, Gear, and Turn Order you need to Fully Auto the Hydra Clan Boss!
We use Valkyrie for big Shields and Counter Attack to stay alive and increase our damage!
Who did we use to Auto the Hydra Boss on Hard?
We use Inquisitor Shamael to speed up Valkyrie and keep the Head of Torment at bay!
We use Big 'Un as our main damage dealer and to apply slow on the Hydra Heads!
We used Mithrala Lifebane for Hex and extra sustain through Shield and Strengthen Buffs!
We Used Umbral Enchantress for Block Buffs to keep the Head of Mischief from passing our counter attack and shields around to the other Hydra Heads!
Lastly, we used Lydia the Deathsiren to apply strengthen and Increase Speed Buffs as well as apply Decrease Defense and Weaken to the Hydra Heads.
**Alternative Champions to Auto the Hydra Clan Boss:
Instead of Umbral Enchantress, you could use any block debuffs champion with only 1 turn of delay between block debuff applications. Fenax, Gurptuk, etc. Make sure to use Master Hexer in their masteries and make them as fast as you can. Even if some heads don't have block buffs up, having it on a few heads at a time will make a big difference.
Also instead of Umbral Enchantress, you can use Oboro with 400+ resistance and she will cause the Head of Mischief to attack her instead of the other champions and will not be able to steal outside of the 3% chance raid always has.
I like Big 'Un because of his AOE on every skill and his Decrease Speed on his A3. Any Hard Hitting champion, preferably with an A1 that hits AOE and has Warmaster on it.
Mithrala could be replaced by just about anyone you want. Any hex champ should be fine, or another sustain champ. Even a reviver or healer like Duchess Lilitu or Arbiter would work in her place.
Valkyrie would be hard to replace. It may be possible to replace her with Helicath and then replace Mithrala with another counter attack champ like Skullcrusher or martyr. This is just speculation for now, but again Helicath would have to be in the lead position to be boosted by Inquisitor Shamael.
Lydia would be hard to replace because she brings defense down and weaken along with a backup block buffs (on counter attack lands pretty often). However, you could try focusing on Defense down and or weaken, possibly Tomb Lord, Madam Serris, Dracomorph, etc and see if you can still sustain without the increased speed or strengthen buffs.
Shamael has no replacement.
*Hopefully with those changes you can still Auto Hydra Clan Boss on the Hard level, but you would have to test it to see.
Hydra Clan Boss is widely considered to be the Hardest Content in Raid Shadow Legends. This is because of the RNG aspect of different heads popping up after you down a Hydra Head. If you are having trouble against the Hydra Clan Boss, or if you even Hate the Hydra Clan Boss, this video might help you find ways to make the Hydra Clan Boss more tolerable.
In Rotation #2 of Hydra Clan Boss in Raid: Shadow Legends the Head of Wrath, Head of Mischief, the poison Head, and the Head of Torment (fear head) are all present at the start.
This formation is perfect against those 4 heads and even the ally protect head is not a problem in this formation. The Head of Decay is the strongest head against this team since it will cleanse the block buffs off of our team. This could cause a wipe in some circumstances. However, even when the head of Decay came out and caused counter Attach to be stolen, we still survived through multiple cycles of that.
