Football season is wing season! Looking for a crowd-pleasing wing sauce that comes together in seconds? The Flavor Guy has just the recipe for you.
Sauce:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Nature's Flavors Mango Syrup
https://www.naturesflavors.com/produc...
2/3 cup Sriracha Chilli Sauce (We used Huy Fong)
Wings:
Ingredients:
Party-size chicken wings bag: About 5 pounds
Himalayan Salt to taste
Freshly Crushed Pepper: 1 Tablespoon
Dry Granulated Garlic: 2 Tablespoon
Ground Ginger Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Italian Seasoning: 2 Teaspoon
Minced Garlic: 2 Teaspoon
Olive Oil: 1/3 cup
Preparation:
Put the wings in a sealable bag and add all seasoning and olive oil. Seal the bag and give it a good massage. Ideally, keep it aside and let it marinate for 30-45 minutes.
(But after a long day of hard work, our team had no patience for the marinade, and the wings still came out great! )
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees:
1. Take a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil.
2. Spread the marinated wings on the sheet, leaving some space between for even cooking. Cover with a foil to lock in moisture.
3. Toss them in the oven for 40-50 minutes. The cooking time could vary slightly depending on the size and quantity of the wings.
(If you are using an air fryer, Cook them at 425 for about 30 minutes)
4. To ensure the meat is cooked thoroughly, you can use a food thermometer to check if the internal temperature of the wings is 165°F (73.9°C).
5. Once the wings are cooked, turn off the oven and let the chicken rest for 5-7 minutes.
6. Take the chicken out. Dip the wings in the delicious Spicy Mango sauce, or toss them with the sauce in a mixing bowl and savor the medley of flavors!
