The Problem of Unwanted Mouse Pointer and other GUI Trails
This glitch was present at least with several laptops. Could not find the solution, so had to figure it out.

In short:
The problem is in Intel UHD graphics. You can disable this device, but that will cut the functionality, for example, even changing brightness will be a problem. So, here is what I did. Go to Intel Graphics Command Centre. Choose "System" on the left. In Power Settings - disable "Panel Self Refresh".
One more annoying glitch relating to this problem is impaired text typing, when you actually don't see what you type for a few seconds...
