One Year On: A Community Responds to Shell's Presence
November 2023 marked one year of operations for the Shell ethane cracker plant in Potter Township. In response, RiverWise partnered with Clean Air Council to produce a series of short films that look at how community members are responding to the cracker plant's presence in Beaver County.
