Overwatch Optimizing Damage
i say tank because at the time i was talking about tanks in the beginning of the video, but what i mean is in a general sense of optimizing damage
also everything is not scripted so it has no structure so im sorry if i seem like im everywhere.
TLDR
1. Primary Fire before ability use
2.Certain characters can use cooldowns to stall for other cooldowns (Ram being the primary subject)
