Tutorial:
Go to https://serveme.tf/ And create a server (without plugins if is possible)
Copy and paste the IP and RCON password to be Admin
Write in console:
rcon changelevel workshop/3159593949

After joining to the map paste this in console:

For your Friend:
alias shortaccept "cl_trigger_first_notification";
alias startauto "wait 5; shortaccept; startauto1";
alias startauto1 "wait 5; shortaccept; closeauto";
alias closeauto "cl_decline_first_notification; startauto";
Then Type startauto again in console
Equip Mini-game Duel and press H to duel your friend.
Bind this to win the duel after you killed them
bind i "rcon mp_forcewin"
Add speed to the server to be able to farm faster
rcon host_timescale 3.0
Try to do more than 500 duels to get the Dueler hat. You have to do more duels than anyone else on that day.
