NO SANITY REQUIRED, or at least the in-game one.
If you want to get the weekly rewards on the first day of the week. is it worth it? I don't think so. 500 orundum doesn't even give you one pull, and sanity fills up overtime, so potions aren't all that necessary.
so unless you're really desperate, or you're in a time crunch, I don't really suggest this guide.
