Watch me draw a faceless digital portrait in vector. Flat illustration design and faceless portrait are becoming very popular. This video is a "watch me" and tutorial on how to make a faceless flat portrait. I use my wacom tablet with the pen to draw the illustration, but I also use a mouse to draw the faceless portraits. Either one will do and I don't use a faceless portrait app. Since I have a Mac, I use Affinity Designer as my Vector program. Drawing in Vector is drawing in lines instead of pixels. Using pixels can make a picture grainy looking, but using lines with points that transform into shapes gives you a sharp edge to your illustrations. Basically with vector, I am mapping out shapes with a line, connecting the lines, and using the fill tool to create my designs. I also use just the line brush for some areas where I want to have more freedom and creativity, giving the illustration movement and character.
