Hi I'm Hussein! And I have created this YouTube channel to share my journey from a little skinny teenager who was tired of feeling weak and small to finally becoming an all-around improved version of myself both physically and mentally.
The main goal of this channel is to help others achieve the same thing that I did. I want to inspire others to get out of their comfort zone and to finally become the person they’ve always dreamed of being. My videos are made with that exact goal in mind: to share the advice I wish I'd had when I first started training, making it easier for my Gymbros to reach their goals.
