The flag featured in the video is from the Nepal Communist Party, merger of CPN(UML) and CPN(M), which as of March 8th 2021 disbanded (RIP) and has split back to CPN(UML) and CPN(M) respectively, with the former further splitting with CPN (Unified Socialist).
This is truly lamentable and an inexpedient result of dogmatic ideology, in spite of this, may the people of Nepal overcome and prosper. Peace, Land, Bread!
