In this video, we showcase our latest custom wiring project for Travis's 2UZ Non-VVT engine. We've flashed the ECU for a manual transmission application and installed a performance tune to boost overall performance and improve throttle response.
Our team meticulously went through the entire harness, removing any irrelevant components to ensure a clean and efficient system. Travis required cruise control, which we successfully integrated, along with wiring for the reverse light switch on his transmission and the vehicle speed sensor for his cluster.
By routing everything through the actual engine harness, we’ve created a seamless and tidy wiring system that eliminates the need for separate wiring.
