Sublime2 autoAlign
Auto Align package found here www.wbond.net/sublime_packages/alignment
On windows the default shortcut key is [Ctrl + Shift + A] you can change this in the default *.sublime-keymap file in the Alignment package folder.
To make it work with CSS I also had play around with the preferences file to align by ':' as well as '=' symbols.
