The timeline will take place in highschool but the storyline will still be the same.
As cliché as it sounds, Y/n is born into the regular world with no phenomenon happening before being reincarnated as the main character's non existing sibling.
You had been reborn as Takemichi's older sibling.
You met the Sano sibling at the age of 7-8 including Izana and Kakucho.
Shinichiro, instead of dying was put into a coma.
Mikey somewhat is on a good term with Kazutora even before the Valhalla arc.
During Valhalla arc no one died.
Black Dragon arc still goes through the same timeline as the original.
Tenjiku arc no one died. (Yes including Kisaki but he's arrested)
You are also somewhat in good terms with Hanma and Kisaki.
Takemichi went back to the future and everything is a happy ending.
Toman actually turn into a good company unlike the one after Valhalla arc.
(Bonten arc didn't happen in this Au so pretend the Bonten react thing is another Au)
