Weirdest TV Subwoofer? Philips 42PF9831D TV Speaker System [TEST]
Hi! I hope you enjoyed today's speaker testing video! Now we got a 2.1 speaker system with a really weird subwoofer from a huge Philips Cineos LCD tv. The subwoofer looks exactly like a car exhaust, Philips calls it the "Lambda/4" speaker system. They made it like this because of the long port, the subwoofer can go down really deep. It has strong and deep bass, but has some "pipe" noises as well lol. The satellites also look interesting, they are 2-way and have paper tweeters and neodymium magnet midwoofers. They sound really good aswell, in fact these are another pair of satellite speakers that are better off without an additional woofer.
