FJ40 Body Work & Jeeping the Legendary Apache Trail | Arizona Backcountry Run
In this video, Shannon kicks things off in the shop with some body work on the FJ40 as the next phase of this build continues to take shape. After some progress on the rig, we load up and meet up with friends to get out of the shop and onto the trail for an unforgettable drive along the Apache Trail here in Arizona.
The Apache Trail is a historic and scenic route that winds through Arizona’s Superstition Mountains, originally built in the early 1900s to support construction of the Roosevelt Dam. Known for its rugged terrain, tight switchbacks, dramatic canyon views, and desert-meets-mountain scenery, it’s one of the most iconic off-road and overland routes in the state — and always a good reminder of why we love getting these rigs out and using them.
