2019 Unreal engine Dynamic Magic System
Free for the month at 40 bucks before and hte author is extremely helpful on setup modding and implimentations it is what i was planning to buy and hten use for retargeting meshes with animations and level design for aniamtions of small lil flicks and doing a game..
You can see the progress of retargeting over the white man ( thats putting a character mesh with its own animations into the game in last few vids in the UNREAL fun playlist).
