Technically, at a frequency of 300 GHz, the wave length is 1 millemeter. At 30GHz is is 1 centimeter (1cm) so you could argue that between 30GHz and 300GHz are millimeter waves. Question is: Should we be worried about our exposure to millimeter wave radio frequency radiation? The answer is yes as research has linked higher frequencies to damaging finer organs like brain and eyes but overall it is just more of the same bad thing. Radio frequency radiation was even by the WHO classified as a possible carcinogen class 2B (like exhaust fumes).
60GHz deserves specific mention as it was linked to interfering with oxygen uptake.
