Author, learning & development professional, and executive coach Eng Hooi is a former director of organizational development and a global master coach for a significant technology company in Asia, where his primary responsibilities include cultivating learning strategies and talent for organizational development as well as fostering a culture of coaching for future expansion. He had previously shared leadership of worldwide coaching task forces. For all of the executives locally and globally, he and his team have created and implemented a number of coaching initiatives and certification programs.
In a local setting, Eng Hooi has held several HR leadership positions in areas including employee engagement, company branding, learning and development, talent management, and HR innovation and digitization. In addition to being a professional certified coach (PCC, ICF), a qualified trainer, and a facilitator for diversity and inclusion, Eng Hooi has more than fifteen years of experience working for corporations and consulting.
