The restaurant owners will be guests at four other restaurants, scrutinizing each one. In return, they would invite the other participants to visit their establishments and sample their food and service. While the average diner might only focus on a full plate, these professionals know exactly what matters: taste, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, unbeatable value for money, and, of course, the overall concept.
