Learning to play my recently acquired Roli Seaboard Blocks.
I'm years late to this MPE thing, but anyway, these things are a real paradigm shift for me - I'm originally a guitar player (and, later, synthesist / sound sculptor) so I've always been frustrated by the lack of physical expressive control offered by traditional keyboards.
With guitar I'd always manipulate the whole instrument by bending the neck, leaning in and out of feedback and so on. While the Roli does not quite offer the same visceral haptics, it's as close as I've got with electronic instruments.
The Rolis are somewhere between traditional keyboard (in chromatic layout only), polyphonic wind instrument (with the ability to shape the timbre within a note while it is sounding), guitar (ability to bend notes independently) and theremin.
They map really well to Bitwig's Polysynth plugin, which is MPE native, and provides the sound for this video (my own patch, extra FX from Valhalla).
