Crash Bandicoot Back In Time: Logic Level 4 Bit Adder Subtractor
This 4 bit adder/subtractor uses 2s compliment subtraction. Left 4 crates are A3,A2,A1,A0 and right 4 crates are B3,B2,B1,B0.
The check point that appears is the Cout bit.
Example, is A = 1000, B = 0001, A-B = 0001.
