Weird and Wonderful Finds Mudlarking on the River Thames
One of the great things about mudlarking is that you learn so much miscellaneous information and accumulate a whole lot of knowledge that you didn't even know you needed to know! When I found this turtle bone in the mud I discovered that turtle soup was a delicacy particularly during Georgian times.
