As a side note - you don't need the battery powered amp (I just used it as a simple way to hear my loop). Mostly this was about the speed of recording something before my fingers froze off haha!
Also - I skip out sections that are SUPER important to what actually makes this song great... ooops! But there's a video coming on John Mayers approach to looping so at least you'll know what I'm missing in this video and why it's important (for songwriting and looping alike!)
Also... good news is that after about 10-15 minutes in the car I did get some feeling back in my fingers! haha.
