Cradock Thuthuzela Care Centre Launch
The NPA is proud to add Cradock TCC to the existing stable of 11 TCCs in the Eastern Cape, the launch has been made possible by the generous contribution of Vodacom, as a strategic corporate partner.
Thuthuzela Care Centres are one-stop facilities aimed at reducing secondary victimisation, improving conviction rates, as well as reducing the cycle time for the finalisation of cases. TCCs are led by the NPA’s Sexual Offences and Community Affairs (SOCA) unit and provide psycho-social support, medical treatment, and legal services on-site for victims of sexual offences and gender-based violence (GBV).
