Whenever a HP Burn debuff is activated, his Max HP will be destroyed by 5%, which stacks up to 50% (stats will increase by 1% for each 1% lost), therefore utilising his A3 to grant restoration heals is important for survival (Or having allies that can restore HP for him).
To conclude Artak is a great addition to raid, bringing a versatile skill set to tackle some of Telaria’s toughest encounters and will definitely help a vast majority of players at all stages of progression.
