At least it isn't totally broken. So to explain better my haldex is in working condition but in a bad one. We still need to fix the issues and basically service it and it should be fine. So basically we swapped the bald tyres serviced the car and did some adaptions through VCDS to get the car to launch. So my 8V S3 still isn't totally legal or 100% in working condition but we're close let's just wait and see what happens xD. At least we managed to get the Audi S3 road tested and serviced :P Anywho catch you on the gram ;)
