Halloween Fortune Teller DIY
This is my FAVORITE time of year. Halloween is coming, fall weather. This is a very inexpensive DIY, using a picture frame, dollar tree doll and Halloween embellishments. Most are purchased from Dollar Tree and Amazon. I transform this Picture frame into a fortune teller cabinet for my Halloween décor.
