You have a land surveyors drawing and it contains a 3D model made up of triangles. In Autodesk Civil 3D when you select these triangles the properties of them is 3D faces. This is also called a TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network). How can I create a surface from these in Civil 3D? Why is my surface not matching the land surveyors model?
