Cookie recipe:

Butter 110g
Almonds 110g
Sugar 120g
Slow-cooking oats 120g
1 egg
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
1. Beat the egg with the sugar and butter.
2. Chop the nuts in a blender until finely ground.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and the nuts.
4. Form small balls (-50g). They will rise during baking, so space them apart.
5. Bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
