In this video, you will see how to create anchor links in Elementor, WordPress block editor, and the classic editor.

Anchor links help you navigate between sections of a page easily, improving the user experience. You can add an anchor link to a menu to navigate to a section (explained in the video).

When you are editing a page with Elementor, you have the option to use a CSS ID for any block. Add a CSS ID for that section to make it anchorable. The CSS ID needs to be unique on the page, although you can use the same ID on a different page.

When you want to link to that section, use the pound sign (#) and the CSS ID in the link. For the menu, you should use the URL of the page and then anchor link text.

To add anchor links in the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg), select the block; it gives the option to add 'HTML ANCHOR.' Add a unique anchor, and you can link it with any text or button in the menu.

For the Classic Editor, you can use the HTML method. When you edit the text in code view, you will see HTML tags such as H2, P, etc. Add the ID tag as shown in the video to make the text an anchor link.

Now, you can use the anchor text anywhere on the website.
