Kalo Chen Tone Test - Line 6 Helix -
This was recorded using an Ibanez RGD2127fx into a Line 6 Helix then straight into Reaper. Some subtle keys were added for that extra THICC progressive sheen.
This is how the guitar sounds with the Helix through studio monitors. There is no post production, or post processing here, just the guitar sound as it is. I've been after these kinds of guitar sounds for many years and now I have as many of them as I could ever play, all slightly different versions of the same huge modern metal sound at my fingertips, thanks to the Line 6 Helix.
Also bear in mind this is being heard through YouTube, on your laptop or phone. Imagine how massive it sounds in the room, with the studio monitors cranked...its INCREDIBLE.
