NOTE: We can’t target fat loss, meaning we can’t reduce body fat only on a certain area of our body. Therefore, what I recommend for reducing body fat is:
1. Calorie deficit
2. Enough protein intake
3. Resistance training: full body workouts and specific muscle targeted workout, to improve strength
4. Consistency and patience
5. Water and a flexible diet: 80% nutritious foods, 20% food for the soul 🤪. This helps you to be consistent and to stay on track with your fitness and health goals for long term, and eventually turn it into a lifestyle. I don’t recommend crazy restrictive diets. Just eat good food, be active, sleep well and enjoy getting fit with me. 💪🏽
