Vocês costumam estudar escutando sons para melhorar a concentração? O que são esses sons? Será que eles funcionam mesmo?

Neste vídeo, eu respondo essas perguntas por meio da análise de estudos científicos sobre as ondas ou batidas binaurais e seus impactos no nosso desempenho cognitivo!

É importante ressaltar que existem ondas binaurais distintas que, consequentemente, causam efeitos diferente no funcionamento do nosso cérebro, logo, é preciso entender os tipos de ondas e verificar a que melhor se adequa aos seus objetivos de estudo.
