Many Honda fans agree that one of the best Si models to ever grace the US roads was the one based on the sixth-generation Civic. The LEGENDARY 2000 Honda Civic Si or the EM1 Civic Si as it is also known. Despite being around for only two years – 1999 and 2000 – this car proved its worth and truly delivered when it came to attainable performance. That’s not all, with the way things are looking in 2023, fetching a clean example might even be a smart financial decision.
After VTEC engagement at 5,500rpm, it would achieve peak horsepower at 7,600 with a respectable 160hp, peak torque came at 7,000rpm, with 111lb/ft.

I personally have owned this beautiful Legend of a car for about 6 years now. That NOSTALGIC feeling I get every time I drive the car is irreplaceable, and the vtec cross-over is insane! I will probably never sell this car and end up keeping her forever.
