What does the mod change?
Mafia 2 - City in Chaos mod changes the behavior of drivers, making them reckless, unpredictable while also driving at high speeds. Car spawns are significantly increased, with traffic enabled in areas previously disabled in vanilla game. Despite the Chaos, YOU CAN COMPLETE THE WHOLE GAME WITH THIS MOD!
