Enable cheats in PPSSPP in Settings, System, Enable Cheats.
Select the preferred speed in PPSSPP by pausing the game then by clicking on Cheats.
(stock speed of the cheat, not modified, to match my gameplay. Now it's similar to Tekken 7 speed. You can also choose from 110% up to 200% speed)
