Taylor Swift's Chai Sugar Cookies!
Recipe
1/2 cup (60g) room temp. butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 chai tea bag
Icing
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon milk
Beat butter & then add vegetable oil. Add sugar, icing sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and tea.
Chill dough until firm.
Scoop and press down evenly. Cover with sugar.
