Adventure Racing with an Acquired Brain Injury
Northland based mother of three, Veronique Theberge, acquired a brain injury due to encephalitis five years ago. Juggling a busy household and local advocacy work, Veronique has become a passionate advocate for those living with acquired brain injuries (ABI). She is currently training for a six hour adventure race, with the aim of raising funds for the Northland Brain Injury Association.
