Another live project by Draw Plans Architectural Design Studio. This project is to add a single storey wraparound extension to the ground floor and convert the garage of a lovely sem-detached property in South London.
In this video we show you exactly how we create the existing layout plans for the project. The actual time it took to create the layout plans took over two hours but we speeded up sections of the video to make it considerably shorter.
Watch the video and enjoy thee process as the floor plans come alive to make a reasonably detailed floor plan. Keep in mind that the more detail we include in the plans the longer it takes to complete.
