2 Eye Pencils ONLY Eye Popping Makeup
A quick video showing you how to easily create a beautiful eye makeup look using only 2 Eye Pencils. The pencils that I am using are from Urban Decay and work really well for this as they blend so smoothly and they stay in place the whole day!
You can obviously use any colour eye pencils of your choice and make this look your own.
