Map your Subdomain with Web App on Server with Apache
Map your subdomain with your Web application on Server which is using apache as web server.
Create a new virtual host.

Edit configuration with your subdomain and application directory path containing index file.
Enable site configuration.
Go to your domain service provider and open DNS settings page.
Add a new A type Record with your subdomain and IP address of your server.
Wait for some time. Usually it gets live within few hours but depending upon your domain service provider, it may take unto 48 hours.
