Commission structure & order packing cost
How much commission you have to pay to the marketplaces for an order, well different stores are charging different commission slabs. All marketplaces have defined their commission structure as per the categories of the products, few categories have higher commission rate and few low depending upon the profit & margin on the products. Most of the platforms are charging commission between 2% to 25%. All the players are charging in between these brackets.
Apart from the commission you also have to insure some cost of packing the products which will be calculated within your purchase cost.
Daraz is selling the cheapest packing material staring from Rs.3 for small flayer and Rs.5 for large flayer, similarly Rs15 for any size box, whereas few marketplaces are still offering the FREE packing materials like, goto, Yayvo, ishopping are offering free flayers and on the other hand few are charging Rs.15 per flayer.
