"It just works"... mostly! I had to use "-noqt -usevgui" to fix the viewport flickering. (This didn't actually change the UI, somehow.) The error behind the Engineer might be caused by one of the 200-or-so models from the Steam Workshop I had to grab while working on that one video segment for hbomberguy a couple years ago, but I'm not sure. Speaking of which, you won't see any pop-ups when running from the main Deck UI, so it will appear as if the program has frozen, but that's because you can't see the box that asks you if you want to download your Workshop subscriptions. So run the thing in Desktop mode first. (Well, you should do that anyway.)
