Raw files come in all kinds of file formats depending on your camera manufacturer and model. Those Raw files are significantly larger than the jpg version, but almost all the internal processing and compression are not applied to the raw images yet, so they are the perfect starting point for your image manipulation. But even if your camera is not supporting the raw format I will show you a way to use all the possibilities of today's tutorial.
