Joey King's 'Despicable' Delight: Why She Loves The Franchise
It's been a whirlwind year for Joey King. From the charming Netflix rom-com A Family Affair to the poignant Hulu series We Were the Lucky Ones, she's been showcasing her impressive range. Now, she's adding another feather to her cap by having joined one of the biggest animated franchises of all time: Despicable Me.
A longtime fan of the series, King is thrilled to lend her voice to the latest installment. She's captivated by the elements that make the franchise so enduring - the clever writing, the heartwarming humor that resonates with both children and adults, and the lovable characters that have become household names.
King can be heard in Despicable Me 4, still playing in theaters and available for digital rental or purchase.
