Importance of keeping Singapore economically relevant
On 4 September 2020, Minister for Communications and Information S Iswaran reiterated the importance of an inclusive economy for Singapore moving forward. He assured that the lives and livelihoods of Singaporeans are always a priority.
He elaborated on the dynamic economic and social balance necessary to keep Singapore economically relevant. Welcoming competitive enterprises and talent will also create opportunities for fellow Singaporeans.
He was speaking at the debate on the Motion of Thanks to the President.
