Happy Onion Ring Day- I’m ready to try out this unique recipe
20 ounces frozen onion rings (the minced onion kind)
Can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
7 ounces diced mild green chilies
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons dry white wine or 3 tablespoons beer or 3 tablespoons milk
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1⁄2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
